MEHENKER® VVT Cam Phasers Audi 3.2 V6 FSI 4.2 V8 FSI BNS

The MEHENKER® set of four cam phasers for 3.2 V6 FSI EA837 Gen 1 and 4.2 V8 FSI A824 Gen 2 BNS includes two intake and two exhaust units. Engineered for maximum durability and precise phase control, they eliminate common OEM issues—rattle on overrun, sticking mechanisms and unstable cam position—delivering smooth, quiet operation and full performance with no delay on both intake and exhaust.

MEHENKER® Technology

Polish VVT-specialist manufacturing. Each phaser features a reinforced locking mechanism and a hardened sleeve in the locking pocket, significantly stronger than typical OEM solutions. Every unit is oil-bench tested under real pressure and flow to ensure fast, repeatable actuator response.

Materials & Manufacturing

Housing and rotor are made from a high-hardness aluminum alloy; integrated rotor vanes remove the source of internal play and future wear. The chain sprockets integrated into each phaser are heat-treated steel >50 HRC for maximum wear resistance and reliable torque transfer.
