Delivery and payment

Here you will find the key information about delivery and payment at MEHENKER.COM. Available options and their exact cost are always shown in the basket before an Order is placed.

I. Delivery

Delivery methods

Depending on the country, address, Product and parcel size, we may offer:

  • DPD courier delivery,
  • InPost courier or Parcel Locker delivery, where available,
  • FedEx courier delivery, particularly for selected international shipments,
  • collection from MEHENKER, where this option is available at checkout.

Available methods and prices are calculated or displayed during checkout. Not every method is available for every country, postcode, Product or payment option.

Delivery cost and time

  • The delivery cost is shown in the Order summary before the Customer clicks the button creating an obligation to pay.
  • The estimated preparation or dispatch time is shown on the Product page, at checkout or in the Order acceptance confirmation.
  • Carrier transit time is separate from preparation time and may depend on the destination, service and customs clearance.
  • After dispatch, the Customer may receive a tracking number where the carrier provides tracking.
Deliveries outside the European Union: the recipient may have to pay customs duties, import taxes or local charges. These are not collected by MEHENKER unless checkout expressly states otherwise.

II. Payment

Payment methods

Depending on the country, currency and delivery method, the following may be available:

  • cash on delivery, where supported for the selected delivery,
  • Stripe – payment card, bank transfer, Google Pay and Apple Pay,
  • Przelewy24 – electronic methods offered through the Przelewy24 gateway.

Payments may be made in PLN, EUR or USD. The available methods are displayed after the country, currency and delivery method are selected.

Payment security

Electronic payments are processed in the secure systems of payment providers. MEHENKER does not receive full payment-card details. The provider may require additional authentication such as 3-D Secure.

III. Proof of purchase

Proof of purchase

An appropriate sales document—a receipt or invoice—is issued according to the details and options selected by the Customer and applicable law.
