The MEHENKER® set of two intake cam phasers for Audi 3.0 V6 TFSI (EA837 Gen 3) is engineered for maximum durability and precise timing control. It eliminates rattle on overrun, sticking mechanisms and unstable cam position, restoring smooth, quiet operation and full performance in daily use and under heavy load.
Polish VVT specialist manufacturing. Each phaser features a reinforced locking mechanism with a hardened sleeve in the locking pocket for superior longevity. Every unit is validated on an oil bench replicating real pressure and flow to ensure repeatable responses.
Housing and rotor made from high-hardness aluminum alloy; integrated rotor vanes remove internal play and future wear points. The integrated chain sprocket is heat-treated steel (>50 HRC) for excellent wear resistance and secure torque transfer.
