MEHENKER® VVT Cam Phasers Audi A6 C6 2.4 V6 BDW EA837 Gen 1

The MEHENKER® set of two intake cam phasers for Audi 2.4 V6 BDW (EA837 Gen 1) delivers durable, precise timing control. It addresses typical OEM issues—rattle on overrun, sticking and unstable cam position—restoring smooth, quiet operation across the rev range.

MEHENKER® Technology

Polish VVT specialist manufacturing. Each phaser features a reinforced locking mechanism and a hardened sleeve in the locking pocket, a known weak point in many OEM units. Every unit is validated on an oil test bench that reproduces real pressure and flow conditions.

Materials & Manufacturing

Housing and rotor are made from a very hard aluminum alloy; integrated rotor vanes eliminate internal play and future wear. The integrated chain sprocket is heat-treated steel (>50 HRC) for high wear resistance and reliable torque transfer.
