The MEHENKER® set of four VVT cam phasers for Audi engines 2.8 V6 FSI EA837 Gen 2, 3.2 V6 FSI EA837 Gen 2, 4.2 V8 FSI EA824 Gen 2, 5.2 V10 EA824 Gen 2 and 5.2 V10 EA824 Gen 3 is engineered for maximum durability and precise timing control. It eliminates common OEM issues such as rattle on overrun, sticking mechanisms and unstable cam position, ensuring smooth, quiet operation and full performance without delay.

MEHENKER® Technology

Polish VVT-specialist manufacturing. Each phaser features a reinforced locking mechanism and a hardened sleeve in the locking pocket, making it significantly more robust than typical OEM parts. Every unit is validated on an oil bench to replicate real pressure and flow conditions.

Materials & Manufacturing

Housing and rotor are made from the hardest available aluminum alloy. Integrated rotor vanes remove the source of internal play and future wear. The chain sprocket is heat-treated steel (>50 HRC) for maximum wear resistance and secure torque transfer.
