MEHENKER® VVT Sealing rings Audi 2.9 3.0 4.0 TFSI EA839 EA825

The MEHENKER® camshaft sealing ring set has been designed for Audi and Porsche 2.9 and 3.0 V6 TFSI engines from the EA839 family, as well as 4.0 V8 TFSI EA825 engines. The product is intended for variable valve timing systems, where correct oil pressure, reliable sealing and low friction are essential for the proper operation of the camshaft adjusters and the entire engine.

MEHENKER® Technology

The rings are manufactured in Poland by MEHENKER®, a manufacturer specializing in components and repair kits for VVT and VANOS systems. They have been developed as a superior alternative to the factory sealing components used in Audi and Porsche engines.

Material and Manufacturing

The rings are made from a special self-lubricating composite with exceptionally high wear resistance, significantly exceeding that of commonly used PTFE. The material features a low coefficient of friction, high thermal stability and resistance to prolonged operation under oil pressure.

EA825 4.0 V8 TFSI

Selected Audi models: A8, A8 L, S8 D5, RS6 C8, RS7 C8, SQ7, SQ8 and RS Q8.

Selected Porsche models: Panamera II 971 and Cayenne III E3 in GTS, Turbo, Turbo GT and hybrid versions equipped with the 4.0 V8 engine.
