The MEHENKER® 2-piece set of VVT cam phasers for BMW N43, N53 and N54 engines is a reinforced replacement for the factory VANOS units. Materials & Manufacturing

Housing and rotor are made from the hardest available aluminum alloy. The chain sprocket is heat-treated steel rated above 50 HRC for maximum wear resistance and secure torque transfer. Integrated rotor vanes prevent clearance growth and future wear.
