Cam Phaser Ring Set for Skoda 2.0 ALT Engines

Designed and manufactured in Poland by MEHENKER, using a special self-lubricating composite with a very low coefficient of friction. This significantly reduces wear on mating components and extends the service life of the entire mechanism.

⚠️ The problem with original steel rings

Standard Audi phasers use steel rings in contact with a steel rotor. This steel-on-steel contact causes excessive friction, leading to damage of the central bore, oil leakage, and a drop in oil pressure within the system.
