Regeneration of a complete set of 4 camshaft adjusters for Audi 6.0 W12 and 6.3 W12 engines

We offer a comprehensive regeneration service for four camshaft phase adjusters (variators) used in Bentley W12 engines (6.0 W12 and 6.3 W12).
The work is carried out by MEHENKER – the first company in Poland to manufacture new variable valve timing systems, specializing in the design, production, and repair of cam phasers since 2013. The regeneration service includes:

• Repair of the variator lock – restoring full functionality of the locking mechanism, eliminating start-up noise and synchronization errors.

• Resealing of variators – replacement and adjustment of sealing elements to minimize oil leakage and restore proper hydraulic operation.

• Cleaning and inspection of the control system – complete cleaning and testing of components with OEM numbers 07C109204G and 07C109210J, including response and tightness checks.
