Regeneration of a set of 2 camshaft adjusters for 3.4 V6 and 3.8 V6 Porsche engines.

Comprehensive regeneration using the knowledge and experience of the first manufacturer of variable valve timing systems in Poland.

During regeneration, among other things, we replace the original M7x1 aluminum adjuster cover screws with larger M8x1.25 steel screws. This effectively secures the camshaft adjuster against the factory defect of these parts, which is the loosening of the screws during operation. This defect can lead to serious engine damage and very high repair costs.

The regeneration includes:

• cleaning of the mechanism
• mechanical processing of the interior
• checking of the solenoid valves
• replacement of the cover screws
