Complete repair of oil distribution unit for AUDI 3.0 V6 ASN engines.

Thanks to many years of experience in the field of variable valve timing systems, MEHENKER has developed a method of repairing the oil distributors, which are responsible for supplying oil to the cam phasers. Over the years, camshaft sealing rings have worn the aluminum surfaces of the distributors. This damage has a direct impact on the operation of the system, which may be manifested by a characteristic knocking during operation or engine errors. 

The repair includes: - sleeve repair of the damaged bores
	- cleaning
- basic verification of the solenoids and seals replacement
