MEHENKER® Sealing rings VVT Mercedes AMG V8 M156 M159 6.2 6.3

Set of VVT camshaft sealing rings for Mercedes 6.2 6.3 V8 AMG engines from the M156 and M159 series.

The seal kit was developed and manufactured in Poland by MEHENKER – the country's first manufacturer of specialised components for variable valve timing systems.

The rings are made of a special, high-strength composite with self-lubricating properties, developed for use in difficult lubrication conditions and high temperatures. Thanks to the use of a material with a very low friction coefficient, the wear of the mating surfaces has been significantly reduced, which translates into:

• extended timing wheel life

• reduced risk of failure

• improved engine stability even at high revs

• quieter and smoother operation of the mechanism.

• stabilisation of oil pressure at low revs

Each ring is precision machined and dimensionally checked to ensure a perfect fit with the original 6.3 V8 AMG engine components. The product is fully compatible with Mercedes-AMG factory solutions, while surpassing them in terms of durability and wear resistance.
