Product description

A complete sealing kit for the control valve in Seat 2.0 ALT engines, developed and manufactured in Poland by MEHENKER.

🔧 Set includes:

- 2 self-lubricating sealing rings
- 1 flat metal gasket (thicker than OEM)

The rings are made from a technologically advanced self-lubricating composite with an ultra-low friction coefficient, which reduces wear on mating parts and significantly extends the service life of the control valve.

⚠️ Original steel rings = cause of failure

OEM valves use steel rings, which generate high friction against steel mating parts, leading to surface damage and seal failure. This is a common cause of variable valve timing malfunctions in these engines.

🛡️ Improved gasket – better sealing

The included thick metal gasket compensates for uneven mounting surfaces, ensuring a more reliable seal than the original Audi part.
